Hey all, I am sorry that I do not update my web-log. I do not have enough time to write nice pieces for this blog at the moment.

However, to keep everybody update, I have moved on to a new technology, twitter. In the left hand column a link can be found to twitter, with my last entries under it. It will provide small updates. So feel free to follow me, and write something back.

Hopefully it will update everybody about my life in London, without the time-consuming element of a blog.

Cancel all leaves, it is time for militarisation of the people of London. And it is urgent, buses have come to a complete stand still, cars are barely moving under there own power. Train and underground services are closed, and it is advise not to be outside for any reason. We have to get London going again.

Yes panic in the city of London, teror is filling our harts. Has the Irish libarition army finally caputered London, is there an uproar of the underclasses?

No, today London is closed due to some alterations of the road service. It is white and the roads are 40 centimeters higher than last week.

London is completely defeated at last, by snow.

Miaow, how are you all doing. Yes, I have to write this entry, as at the moment my owner is too busy to write something substantial on this blog.

As it is while back that I have written something, I want to let you know that I am fine. Although the last few weeks were a bit of an adventure. My owner left me alone for a few days, but there was a real replacement-owner for a few days! What a fun was that, something different, something new and exciting in the life of this humble cat. Of course, when my real owner returned, we had to make up for the lost time, and we spent a whole day together, talking, curled together. And he told me how my old city now looks like, and more important he told me all about my best friend (Lucky, all the best from London :) )

This week however, my owner had to go to his lectues and had to spent too much time (at least to my liking) in libraries. But still we had some nice times together, although my owner was a bit sick. But at least he was there. And as he is now reading a book, I am going to leave you all again, and wish you all the best (O, my owner shouts that I also should wish you all the best from him) and I am going to curl around his feet again.

All the best, Miaow!

As it is a while back that I have post, I first have to wish you all the best for 2009. Also I have to say that everything is still fine. But that being in the library most of the days, isn’t that exciting to write about, nor gives it me lots of time to write on this web-log.

This Christmas I have calibrated with my dad and sister in a motor-home in Cornwall. And although it was quite good fun, you can imagine that freezing nights are not that comfortable. But i was all good fun, and England, shattered in all kinds of ruins, is a nice country to see. From prehistoric ruins to medieval and 19 century ruins, mingled with the countryside, it is all there and gives you a quite unique inner calmness.

After Christmas I had to finish two papers, with a lot of stress I finished them. And I am now hoping for some good results, but inner doubt is getting the better of me. But classes have already a calming effect, I have next to zero time to worry about it. Next week though, I will be back in Holland for a couple of days. And this will give me the opportunity to worry much more, but also to visit my family and friends. And go back to my old university and attend the lecture of my former Latin teacher. This lecture about the education system as a way of integration between the ancient pagans and the newly developed christian communities will be very interesting, and I am looking forward to it.

So that is that, unluckely I had not enough time yet to make a lot of photo’s, nor the time to edit the picture I have made. but I will show them in short time. As for now, I wish you all the best and am looking forward to see friends and family in short due.

Miaow, just another of my fabulous adventures to describe. This time I am in Cornwall in a motor-home, away on Christmas-holiday with my owner, his dad and his sister. Driving and the noise it makes is still frightening me, but seeing all this fabulous countryside makes me feel young again.

Christmas is great, as the plates with food (those of my owner, are getting better, and it is a joy to lick them clean again. Although the motor-home is quite small, it is cosy and it is great fun. Relaxing, being a cat, is mostly done when my owners are visiting a cathedral or some other deteriorating building-side.

As for now, all the best and have a jolly nice Christmas. Miaow.

I am sorry I hadn’t had time recently top update my web-log. I am far to busy, not with exploring the country or the city, visiting museums and theatre but with fine roles. These financial accounts of the royal government, in my case those of King John, or unidexed, untranslated and worse of all still in palaeographic shorthand. So it will keep me busy tot translate the 80 pages, looking for the right entries. A terribly slow process, but a lovely one.

For the rest, the weather is starting to get colder, the days grow dark, it is time for chocolate milk and bonfires. Still waking through the city is something I tend to do in my lunch breaks, but it is cold and windy. The long summer walks are over, the short winter walks has replaced it. Although it is colder, it is busier on the streets than ever, people are doing their Christmas shopping, although there is a credit-crunch, people buys stuff in the millions. Just go and stand next to an Marks and Spencer’s and there is no sign of a credit crunch.

Well, i hope you are all fine, and wish you alle the best. Bye from me and my cat ( who will write shortly about his holiday/Christmas preparations).

A week has passed since i ported on this, So there we go. It was such an exciting week, as weeks go for a cat.

I had a visitor, especially flown in from Holland. it was so lovely! We have talked a lot about you all (and especially about Lucky the dog). it was good to hear that she was alright. And all the attention I got, it was lovely, evening after evening we cuddled a lot.

It was quite sad to see her go on Tuesday, but my week was still busy, especially with the guinea-pigs this week. They were quite noisy this week, and every time Breyten was away, I had to watch them all the time, the little terrors.

Well, that was my week, I hope that everybody is fine. Of course you all get the greetings from my owner and the guinea-pigs, and I wish that everybody is alright. See you latter, Miaow.

Today I had to drop my mother of at Victoria coach station, and I had tot take the underground towards green park. Before the train left we could just hear a announcement from the underground-staff: “If you speak Slovak and you wish to help translating, please report to a member of staff.

Obvious there is another gap at the underground, a language gap. Now I wonder, would they warn us every time we approach a station?
